Use these pre-constructed layered sleeve heads to support the sleeve cap on your tailored coat project.  These sleeve heads are comprised of linen canvas and wool.  Sleeve heads are an important element of a tailored coat or jacket that is often forgotten.  Here are a few of the key tasks that they perform:

• They fill in the gap between the sleeve head and the arm (no saggy and dimpled sleeve caps!).
• They create a smooth transition from the structured shoulder area of the garment to the less structured sleeve.
• They prevent the bulk of the seam allowances from showing through on the right side of the garment.
